And, two more: Katarina Vasja and my brother (Miki, come for a visit if you see this!)
Special greetings for Mylady...:)

This is one expression of her face which I am glad to have caught on camera in a split second.
Good night, everybody, I have an uncertain night ahead of me... One never knows how much sleeping to expect. Pretty much like going for a party, without a plan when to go home. A bit different, though. :)
Or she spends time in her "gym". Although I am generally against super-cool toys for kids, as I believe they can play with a paper box with equal joy, I must admit that toys, actually, give kids a lot of pleasure. :)
Yes, I used to be a kid myself, but do not remember being too thrilled about toys as such.
This toy, however, has 10 different colorful pieces hanging above baby's head and she "excersizes" while trying to reach them. And, laughs aloud. Seems that the things have changed since I was young...

And, while I am hectically packing millions and millions of little things, she enjoys putting her fist in her mouth.

Off to Montenegro

As for the latest news on KatarinaVasya: she is getting ready to be on board the plane for the first time, travel abroad for the first time and all with the aim for her to see the sea. For the first time...
Yap, we are off to Petrovac, Montenegro. So, collateral damage is that Mama will also - if the whether allows it - swim for the first time this year. And, go for loooooong walks, in order to regain her physical shape...:)
Of course, we have a rather complicated packing procedure underway. Obviously, we cannot leave her bed behind, nor her pram, and, of course, we cannot travel without her favorite "gym" (hvala, Martin!)
Good news is that the airline allows 60kg of package.

Bayliner Baby

To celebrate becoming an adult newborn, i.e. turning 40 days old (another local custom I can gladly explain called "BABINJE"), Katarina Vasja (at that stage, known merely as Baby Popovic) had her first ride on a speeding boat in Belgrade. Mama's friend, Mika, could not refrain from using full 115 HP of Mercury engine on his borrowed "Bayliner". It was not only baby's first time to go this fast. Her mother, frozen with fear for her little angel, never tried more than 70 HP. However, for the first time in her life - mama was truly afraid! Baby Popovic, on the other hand, enjoyed the ride immensely, as bumping up and down little waves on Belgrade's Sava river, must have eased her stomach cramps. She slept through this entire adventure... Cool, isn't she?

And, here is a six million dollar question: is little Vasja a baby-seal or a baby-dolphin? Early evidence show that she resembles a seal... Can I interest you into joining this discussion?
